Whether transitioning to a senior living community, downsizing to a smaller home, or relocating to be closer to family, I ensure the process is safe, organized, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

    Your custom move plan includes:

    • A clear, step-by-step timeline

    • A tailored packing strategy

    • Guided downsizing and sorting sessions

    • A sustainable donation and disposal plan

    • Identification of key deadlines and requirements

    • Requesting or creating floor plans of the new residence

    • Measuring large furniture to determine what fits safely and comfortably

  • Packing is done with attention, precision, and deep respect for sentimental belongings. I make sure every item is handled with care and placed with intention.

    This includes:

    • High-quality packing supplies and clear, organized labeling

    • Packing room-by-room and by category for smoother setup

    • Preparing an Essentials Box for the first 24–48 hours

    • Individually wrapping and padding all fragile items

  • On moving day, I’m the on-site director and the client’s advocate — ensuring everyone knows the plan, the schedule stays on track, and the client feels supported throughout.

    Move day support includes:

    • Recommending trusted movers or coordinating with the client’s movers

    • Creating a detailed schedule for the day

    • Being present when movers arrive

    • Directing movers clearly and respectfully

    • Communicating calmly with the client to reduce stress and confusion

  • Once belongings arrive, I transform the new space into a comfortable, functional home that supports safety, familiarity, and ease.

    New home setup includes:

    • Unpacking and setting up priority essentials first

    • Arranging furniture for safety, accessibility, and flow

    • Hanging pictures and décor (based on facility permissions)

    • Installing simple, senior-friendly organization systems:

      • Drawer dividers

      • Memory-support labels

      • Easy-reach storage

    • Removal of all packing materials

    • A final walkthrough to ensure comfort and satisfaction

  • Post-move support includes:

    • A follow-up within 48 hours

    • Light “settling-in” assistance such as:

      • Adjusting layouts

      • Basic technology setup

      • Communicating with facility staff on the client’s behalf

Standard In-Person Organizing

Hands-on organizing with client participation.
You (the client) and I work together on sorting, decision-making, and organizing for most of the session.

Premium Hands-Off Organizing

A higher-touch service for clients who prefer minimal involvement or aren’t able to participate (common for seniors, medical limitations, or memory care settings).
I will handle sorting, categorizing, decision prep, packing, and setup on their behalf.

Moving Packages

  • Durations are in 15-hour increments: 15, 30, and 45 hours

  • Half-Day or Full Day Sessions

  • Can mix session types & lengths

  • Save up to 12% off normal hourly rate
